REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
After an Onsite Consultation, you will receive an itemized invoice via email from Blakk Brikk Pool co. Your order will be confirmed after we receive your 50% deposit payment.
Cancellations for a full refund are acceptable within two weeks of the first deposit payment.
After two weeks, we ask for a $500 cancellation fee. This helps offset the cost of already ordering your products.
Once delivered, all products are final sale.
